Automatic Backups
Configure and manage automatic backups for your Cafora server.
Automatic backups run on a schedule you define, ensuring your server data is regularly protected without manual intervention.
Configuring Automatic Backups
Open the Pterodactyl Panel and select your server.
Go to the Backups tab.
Configure your backup schedule — daily, weekly, or custom intervals.
Set the retention policy — how many backups to keep.
Save your settings.
Retention Policy
Older backups are automatically deleted when the retention limit is reached. Choose a retention count that balances protection with storage usage.
Backup Storage
Backups are stored separately from your server files and do not count against your server's disk space allocation.
