Account Deletion
How to delete your Cafora Host account and what happens to your data.
Before Deleting Your Account
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data associated with your account will be permanently removed.
Before proceeding:
- Cancel all active services (see Cancellation)
- Download all worlds, files, and data you want to keep
- Download any invoices you need for your records
- Resolve any outstanding balances
How to Delete Your Account
Log into the Cafora Store.
Go to Account Settings.
Find the account deletion option (may be under Privacy or Danger Zone).
Read the warnings carefully.
Confirm your identity (re-enter password or 2FA code).
Submit the deletion request.
What Gets Deleted
- All server data (worlds, plugins, configurations)
- All backups
- Billing history and invoices
- Account credentials and personal information
- API keys and integrations
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (fraud prevention, legal obligations).
