How to cancel your Cafora Host server and important considerations.
Cancelling Service
You can cancel your Cafora hosting service at any time.
Cancellation is permanent. All server data, including worlds, plugins, configurations, and backups, will be deleted. Download your data before cancelling.
Before Cancelling
- Create a final backup
- Download your worlds and important files
- Download any invoices you may need for records
- Inform your players
How to Cancel
Log into the Cafora Store.
Select your server and navigate to Billing or Settings.
Find the cancellation option.
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
You may receive a confirmation email. Keep this for your records.
After Cancellation
- Your server will be stopped and data will be queued for deletion
- Access to the dashboard for that server will be removed
- Any remaining billing period will not be refunded (see refund policy)
