How Renewals Work
Cafora hosting plans operate on a recurring billing cycle. Your server renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Renewal Process
- An invoice is generated before your renewal date
- Payment is attempted using your default payment method
- On successful payment, your service period extends
- You receive a confirmation of the renewal
If a renewal payment fails, your server may be suspended. Keep payment methods current and monitor your billing emails.
Managing Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewal settings can be managed in the billing section of the Cafora Store.
Grace Periods
If your service expires, a grace period may apply before data is removed. Check your plan terms for details.
Do not rely on grace periods. Back up your data regularly to avoid data loss.
